l'art du déplacement

For some time now, I have been completely enthralled by the sport of parkour/l'art du déplacement: the art of displacement:

an activity with the aim of moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. It is meant to help one overcome obstacles, which can be anything in the surrounding environment — from branches and rocks to rails and concrete walls — and can be practiced in both rural and urban areas. Male parkour practitioners are recognized as traceurs and female as traceuses. (read the full description at: wikipedia.org).

Watch the two videos I've embedded below to see this sport in action - you can't watch them and tell me you're not impressed! Can YOU imagine doing what they do? I can't! It would be awesome... but I don't even go to the gym, so... :o) Just watch 'em, I tell yaz - and check out the links below the vids.
